Terms and conditions of participation in the Student Architectural Biennale:
The University of Georgia subsidiary LLC “UG Archi Project” holds international student architectural competitions every two years within the framework of its new project - “Student Architectural Biennale” through its website https://biennale.ug.edu.ge/. Submission of works to the contest (uploading on the website) is paid.. The cost of uploading one project in one nomination for a Georgian citizen student is 50 GEL, while the cost of uploading one project in one nomination for students from other countries is 50 EUR.
The international competition accepts interesting student urban planning concepts and architectural projects created within the last 5 years;
Contestants have the right to submit any number of works and participate in different nominations at the same time;
In accordance with the regulations of the student international architectural competition, the projects after passing the qualifying round are named as prize seekers;
The works to be considered for the award are submitted via the Internet on the special website of the competition - https://biennale.ug.edu.ge/ - for presentation.The sequence of holding the international competition https://biennale.ug.edu.ge/ The submitted works are considered by an international jury.
The selection of works is carried out on the website in three stages:
The evaluation of the works will be carried out using a special coded system. Each member of the professional jury, as well as any member of the public, will evaluate the submitted material on a 10-point scale by secret ballot (via the Internet), identifying the best work in each nomination.
The evaluator of the works has the right to cast only one vote;
The identity of the author will become known only after the award ceremony, and will be posted on the website accordingly.
Making changes:
The organizer of the competition is authorized to make changes to these terms and conditions with prior notice to users.
